Girl Guides Singapore (GGS) is the national Guiding organization of Singapore. dedicated to providing girls and young women with opportunities to develop their strengths, skills, and potential, encouraging them to become responsible global citizens.
OBJECTIVE:
The objective of this event is to kickstart International Camp 2022, promote key themes of the camp, "She Can!", and also as a platform to engage with women of all ages in different countries in issues such as gender equality, body image and climate change.

SOLUTION
A virtual inauguration was held to kick off the International Camp 2022. This event marked a historic milestone for GGS, highlighting their century-long commitment to empowering girls and women in Singapore and beyond. Attended by Guest-of-honour, President Halimah Yacob, Patron of GGS, along with Ms Low Yen Ling, Minister of State, Ministry of Trade and Industry & Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth, our team worked tirelessly to ensure the event successfully deliver its purpose.
Robust Virtual Platform & Launching Mechanism
To facilitate the event, we provided a robust virtual event platform capable of hosting live-streamed sessions, pre-recorded content, and interactive activities. The platform allowed seamless integration of various media, including live speeches, recorded messages from international GGS chapters, and interactive chat rooms where participants could engage with one another.
The virtual inauguration of the Girl Guides Singapore 100th Anniversary International Camp was a resounding success. It celebrated the legacy of GGS while also looking forward to the future, empowering the next generation of girls to continue making the world a better place. This event highlighted the powerful role that technology can play in connecting communities and driving impactful programs that resonate across generations and borders.
